THIS YEAR'S FAIR DATES ARE March 31 - April 2, 2009!

There are many exciting things to do and see this year at the Fair! 

The 2009 Fair Schedule
DATE TIME EVENT
(all events are located in Hammons Student Center)
March 31st 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Project Setup
  6:30 pm

Students MUST be at and remain with their projects.

  6:30 pm - 8:30 pm Judging
  8:30 pm All students will be dismissed.
April 1st 9:00 am - 9:00 pm Open to the Public
  10:00 am  - 11:00 am

April 2nd 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Open to the Public

EVENT

DETAILS
Project Setup Students set up projects in Hammons Student Center.
Judging Students must be with their projects for judging by 6:30 pm.  Judging of Exhibits will begin promptly at that time.  Students will be dismissed at 8:30 pm.
Open to the Public FREE Admission!
MSPE Bridge Building Contest The Missouri Society of Professional Engineers' Annual Bridge Building Contest will once again be held in conjunction with the Fair.  The contest is open to the public - come see what bridges work the best!
Open to the Public FREE Admission!  WARNING: NO projects can be removed until AFTER the Awards Ceremony.  This prohibition will be strictly enforced.
Awards Ceremony This year's Awards Ceremony will be held in Hammons Student Center, in the north end of the Main Arena.  Friends and family of award recipients are encouraged to attend!
Project Takedown Removal of exhibits.  Any projects remaining after 9:00 pm will be discarded.  This deadline is strictly enforced.
