Please follow the links to download the required forms you need for the Fair. To determine what forms you need for your project, please follow this link to the ISEF RULES WIZARD! The Rules Wizard walks you through determining what forms and approvals are needed before starting a science fair project intended for competition.
Follow these steps:
(1) Click on the Rules Wizard Link.
(2) Read the instructions at the top of the Rules Wizard page.
(3) Click the checkboxes that apply to your project, and click on the "Next
Page" link.
(4) Click the checkboxes regarding research sites and click on the "Next Page"
link.
(5) Proceed through the Rules Wizard, click "Next Page" as you complete each
screen, until you have finished.
(6) After you have responded to all of the questions about your project, the
Rules Wizard will provide you with a page listing all of the required forms for
your particular project, and links to download them. YOU CANNOT OBTAIN THE
FORMS FOR YOUR PROJECT UNLESS YOU COMPLETED ALL OF THE PRIOR STEPS.
