Registration will take place on the 3rd floor of Plaster Student Union.

Only Coaches are to report to the Coach's Registration Table (located opposite the elevators on the 3rd floor of Plaster Student Union).  Please leave your team(s) on the main floor or in another area until you are done checking in.

Coaches are to turn in their Team Roster upon check in at the Coach's Registration Table.  Your team will not be allowed to proceed to the Banding Room until this information is received.

Coaches will receive a packet at registration with the session enrollments for their students.  Do not send your students to a session until they have received their hand stamp, wristband and you have confirmed the schedule issued to you in your packet.  Event Leaders will take roll in each event room and students will only be allowed to compete in the session in which they have been enrolled.

The entire team must report to registration where all team members will be stamped and banded.  Only those students that have both a hand stamp and wristband will be allowed to enter and participate in Olympiad events.

All student teams will set up their crash areas in Plaster Student Union ONLY.

There will be no allowance for student alternates at the Regional competition.

IMPOUNDING - All events that require the device to be impounded will do so at the site of the event, with the event coordinator.  All devices must be permanently labeled with team and school name and must be impounded prior to the start of the event.

Plaster Student Union will be open the day of the event to allow you and your teams to eat on campus.  The Student Union offers a variety of restaurants including Domino's, Madison Street Grill, and Blimpies.

The Awards Ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM in McDonald Arena.  The ceremony will conclude by 4:30 PM.  Every attempt will be made to meet timelines and to conclude all activities by 4:30 PM.
