All Power Point presentations must be compatible with the following standards: 

·        Office 2000 or newer.

·        PowerPoint 2000 or newer.

·        Compatible with Windows 98 or newer.

·        Presentation saved on a flash drive.

·        Flash drives should not have software that automatically downloads to the director's computer.

·        NO VIDEO CLIPS (.mov, Quick Time, Real Player, etc.) will be allowed in the  visual presentation. 

·        In Team project presentations, ALL members of the team must be present and actively participate in the presentation.
