All Power Point presentations must be compatible with the following standards: 

·        Office 2000 or newer.

·        PowerPoint 2000 or newer.

·        Compatible with Windows 98 or newer.

·        Presentation burned onto a Writeable CD (CD-R) (only presentations stored on CD-R will be accepted.)

·        Presentation burned at a speed of 4X.

·        NO VIDEO CLIPS (.mov, Quick Time, Real Player, etc.) will be allowed in the visual presentation. 

·        Please make sure that you have back up non-electronic presentation materials should your electronic presentation not function correctly.

·        In Team project presentations, ALL members of the team must be present and actively participate in the presentation.
