All Power Point presentations must be compatible with the following standards: 

·        Office 2000 or newer.

·        PowerPoint 2000 or newer.

·        Compatible with Windows 2000 or newer.

·        Presentation burned onto a Writeable CD (CD-R) or portable jump drive (only presentations stored in this manner will be accepted.)

·        NO VIDEO CLIPS (mov. Quick Time, Real Player, etc.) will be allowed in the visual presentation. 

·        Please make sure that you have back up non-electronic presentation materials (i.e. overheads) should your electronic presentation not function correctly.

·        Presentations will be checked in immediately following registration.  Please plan to arrive early to allow for all steps in the registration process.
